You can contact us via the website or the app by using our message application. This is a real-time chat with one of our community managers who will respond to your query or suggestion within minutes.
Messaging in the app
On the Flow app:
- tap menu located on the top right hand side of the screen.
- Select Ask a question and New conversation.
- Type in your query or feedback and we'll start chatting with you almost right away.
Messaging on the web
On the website you will see a small bubble on the bottom right corner of your screen. Click on this to open the chat window. Select whether you want to search for an article or start typing to ask your question directly.
